Requirements:
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • Past experience with, campaign design, marketing automation, and/or web analytics.
  • Proficient using a marketing automation tool Eloqua.
  • Excellent writer and communicator (in both written and verbal form).
  • Working knowledge of content marketing and personal management

Responsibilities:
  • Works with the marketing organization to understand business needs and translate those to strategic marketing automation initiatives using Eloqua
  • Functions as an integral part of the division's marketing team(s) while reporting back the demand to a centralized demand generation team
  • Understand industry, industry trends, and the audience members in that industry
  • Works with marketing to build, employ, and maintain personas to drive personalization and optimize campaign performance
  • Works with marketing and business stakeholders to design and manage to strategic and tactical KPIs
  • Translates business goals into marketing automation deliverables (campaign structures, email units, etc.)
  • Works with marketing to use email best practices to better engage and convert

  • Develops strategy for engaging and converting leads. Work with a team on campaign scheduling and execution using UBM marketing automation platforms
  • Understands the key concepts and potentials of marketing automation and can articulate them to help drive business (campaigns, target audience engagement, registrations)
  • Provides strategy and recommendations for segmenting lists based on behaviors
