My direct client in Irving, TX is hiring for a Customer Service Engineer focused on cloud Support!

Title: Customer Service Engineer
Location: Irving, Texas (on site)
Duration: Full Time
Salary: DOE


The Customer Service Engineer is responsible for resolving challenging, potentially high impacting customer situations with a high level of tact and understanding. The Customer Service Engineer will also take ownership of the technical support relationship to drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and resolving technical issues for our customers both onsite, online and via telephone.

Position Specifics:
  • Customer support for Hybris Cloud Infrastructure products
  • AWS, Azure, Linux, Microsoft systems
  • Windows systems - desktop & servers
Top Must Haves:
  • VMware certification
  • Customer Service Support Experience
  • Cloud support experience
  • Work experience- stability
Nice to have:
  • Security background, Fireside and McAfee
  • MS certifications
Shift/On-Call:
  • M-F 9 hour shift (includes lunch)
  • Will not be on-call till after 1 year. 1 week of on-call duty every 6 weeks
  • Very Rare (Maybe 15 times/year) an oncall engineer has to be responsive
  • Team in Philippines does after hours support and weekends
