IT Operations Coordinator – Permanent Placement
Salary: $40-45K Annually


This role supports the IT and Operations Departments in day-to-day management of systems, hardware and facilities. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: software download and installation, driver installation, and troubleshooting; maintaining internet functionality across offices; IT tasks as they relate to the onboarding of new hires.

Essential Functions:
  • Work with Desktop Support Specialist to track system licenses (Shoretel and Google email)
  • Assist with maintenance of inventory of equipment (phones, computers, printers, headsets, mice, adapters, monitors, monitor poles, etc.)
  • Assist with Onboarding/off boarding/re-boarding activities as it relates to equipment
  • Work with Operations and IT teams to complete tasks submitted through helpdesk ticketing system
  • Assist with managing intranet content
  • Assist Operations and IT teams with new office planning and implementation
  • Assist with Job Board harvesters, including troubleshooting, resetting machines, updating passwords and Google documents
  • Responsible for shipping for the IT department – packing equipment, creating packing slips, tracking packages, creating labels, creating pick-ups, dropping off packages to shipping locations, putting in claims, and updating Salesforce.com with tracking info
  • Assisting with facilities – key cards, HVAC/building request systems, general office maintenance

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Self-sufficient in problem solving and utilizing search functions to inquire about solutions to a problem
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiar with basic network terms (IP, modem, router, Wi-Fi, power cycling, etc.)
  • Proficient with Gmail, Google products and MS Office
  • Business Acumen

  • This is a Full-Time position. Days and Hours of Work are: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6pm.
