• Function as a liaison between business users, functional subject matter experts, systems analysts and technical developers. 
• Conduct discovery sessions with business end users to understand current state operational challenges and problems. 
• Analyze and evaluate operational processes and flows to create initiatives and priorities for a pipeline of recommended enhancements. 
• Perform requirements analysis, process diagrams and modeling of current state (including people, governance, process, and technology), development of future state and the high-level roadmap of steps to move from current to future state. 
• Accurately and completely define the components needed that will drive business efficiency, effectiveness, process optimization and deliver a clear benefit to the enterprise for each enhancement. 
• Create strategies for testing and proving proposed prototypes and full solutions. 
• Report on progress for initiatives during the entire project. 
• Implement a continuous process improvement life cycle and lead ongoing reviews of business processes that will develop future process optimization strategies. 
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures. Measure compliance against policies. 

• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT. 
• Must have at least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst providing requirements and solutions for complex, highly integrated technology solutions. 
• Business case development and delivery

• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. 
• Above average technical and documentation skills. 
• Ability to generate data extracts, analyze data and produce reports and metrics.
