We are looking for a smart, imaginative and strategic social media manager to creatively craft these stories to consistently curate and grow our clients' social media footprints across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat and more. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining and building audiences and impressions, and will possess an enthusiasm for connecting and engaging with consumer, technology and cultural trends.

  • Write, schedule, and optimize daily content across multiple social platforms, working with PR account leaders to expand and refine social strategies as needed
  • Pitch social and social-extension creative concepts and campaigns to reach targeted media and audience segments
  • Work with analytics staff to improve and refine reach and performance of social content to ensure the brand is meeting social and onsite growth goals
  • Work closely with editorial, marketing, and PR teams to ideate and execute social-focused initiatives
  • Develop paid social media advertising proposals that include: specific goals, campaign strategies, recommended tactics, budgets, and timelines
  • Provide strategic perspective and recommendations on content development for client social media channels for organic growth
  • Work with account and client teams to ensure all content and campaigns are executed
  • Track, measure and report on all initiatives, monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and optimizing ads regularly
  • Share results, insights and best practices with colleagues through dynamic reporting; serve as a trainer/leader to maximize effectiveness
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience managing social media (written content, photos and videos) for a large brand, publisher or agency
  • Good editorial judgment, writing skills, and ability to capture a brand's voice to reach new and established audiences
  • Proven experience hitting key social metrics and skill with scheduling tools (ex. Hootsuite) desired
  • Analytical understanding, experience with data insights, and a working knowledge of social data tools
  • Knowledge of, and a passion for, the golf and lifestyle industries and relevant key players a plus!
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills – able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and assertive, with strong analytical and deductive skills
