Job Title: UX Web Analyst/Tag Manager

Job Duties: 

● Lead and architect technical vision for web analytics implementation, testing and reporting

● Audit, recommend and implement changes to existing analytics implementations

● Work cross-functionally to configure Adobe Analytics (AA) & Google Analytics (GA) on all products

● Hands on development using AA & GA including new implementations, debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues

● Work cross-functionally to successfully track conversion metrics for advertising campaigns and throughout the entire customer journey

● Create and implement tags using Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)

● Create, catalogue, standardize and maintain tagging, documentation and requirements

● Implement third-party tagging with various vendors

● Analyze performance of digital assets, including platforms & advertising campaigns; provide recommendations when necessary

● Lead conversation and serve as a SME around website analytics and optimization tooling

Job Requirements: 
● BA in related discipline

● 3-4 years of experience deploying and configuring Adobe Analytics (AA) and Google Analytics (GA)

● Proficiency with Adobe Marketing Cloud including Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM), Adobe Analytics (AA) and a bonus for background using Adobe Audience Manager (AAM)

● Experience working with ASP.NET MVC, C#, jQuery and HTML

● Proven track record of success managing GA, AA tagging and configuring GTM and DTM including but not limited to strong understanding of: data layers, tagging, variables, custom metric set up

● Understand Qualitative and Quantitative data

● Experience with heatmaps, funnel analysis, survey techniques/principles, and the feedback loop (user testing, A/B testing, contextual inquiry, card-sorting etc.)

● Experience working with web applications as well as websites

● Ability to understand and work in Agile/SCRUM dev structure

● Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to speak technically (when necessary) and business savvy, across all levels of the company

● Be able to make decisions quickly with a good certainty of success

● Team player and well organized
