Manage the workflow of marketing communication jobs from initiation to completion, including print collateral materials, advertisements, brochures, postcards, e-mail campaigns, web sites, web graphics, app graphics, other print, digital and video materials.

Requirements:
  • Agency experience (studio/production management experience), ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience running studio workflow
  • Experience working with copywriters/video team
  • Exceptional project management, communications and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of print and broadcast production.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Duties:
  • Monitor status of jobs throughout the initiation, design, printing and mailing process, ensuring that projects stay accurate and on schedule
  • Manage the online project management tracking tool, create all timelines and deadlines
  • Assign projects to designers, meeting periodically with the design team to ensure a balance relative to resources.
  • Manage quarterly campaign timeline, production, QA process and vendor production.
  • Maintain ongoing tally of individual designer hours and reassigning projects based on workload and availability.
  • Awareness of the schedules of the design and marketing teams in order to identify gaps in availability and coverage.
  • Lead weekly traffic meetings and produce traffic report, adjusting due dates and closing projects as needed or as requested.
  • Generate reports, analyses, metrics, and other data as needed.
  • Liaise with marketing team members on a daily basis acting as a bridge between the channel owners and design team to maintain the integrity, purpose, and budget of marketing campaigns.
  • Work as a partner with the production vendor and ensuring print, production and collateral deliverables are produced and designed on time and at times serve as back-up.
  • Provide additional graphic design support when necessary, including making line edits and minor production art, graphic resizing, image purchases for multiple departments, packaging and uploading design files as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for Marketing and Communications Team Leader, including meeting scheduling, drafting and distributing meeting recaps and notes.
  • Assemble, submit and track award submissions, including graphic file production, preparing entry paperwork, tracking award competition budget, and maintaining vendor relationships with competition organizations.
  • Support creative team to coordinate photography studio projects and requests.
