Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting in communicating and executing key technology support tasks for the company and primarily the creative staff.
  • Respond to assigned help desk requests from the creative staff.
  • Assist in job archiving workflow which includes:
    • Publishing Blu-Ray discs
    • Generate labels for completed discs
    • Load disc content into a database server
    • Generate barcode labels for each disc
    • Maintain archive library in/out system
  • Daily care of network printers:
    • Re-supplying printer consumables and paper
    • General trouble shooting
    • Ordering and inventory of supplies
  • Assist in network and system trouble shooting and repair.
  • Assist with some network and system administration.
  • Perform system updates
  • Assist department head on various assignments and projects as needed
Our ideal qualifications are:
  • A degree in Information technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, research, and time management skills.
  • Grace under pressure and good judgment in sensitive situations.
  • Proficient in Apple OS X, macOS, and iOS systems.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
  • Knowledge of MS office for Mac.
  • Windows knowledge a plus but not required.
You come in on time and complete tasks in a timely manner. You can prioritize and manage tasks.

Communicate well to others written and verbally, willing to help resolve issues for staff members even if it requires staying late or coming in early.

You can multi-task and perform well when given big goals and lots of independence.

You should be able to work in a family owned business where the environment is casual but corporate. Be a self-starter and can think creatively. Also, having a sense of humor will be needed.

Job Details:
This position reports to the Director of Systems and Infrastructure, who manages the company's systems and networks, Apple technical support, back-ups, and archiving. You will receive direction, assignments, and training from the Director. Hours are 8:30AM to 5:00Pm
