Sr. Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Systems:
Our client's IT team is seeking a top tier candidate for the Senior Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Systems role. This position will be responsible for supporting IT system needs and managing business systems projects that improve Supply chain and Distribution/logistics processes and align with cross-functional teams for enterprise initiatives.
Qualified candidate must have a strong background in Oracle R12 EBS Suite.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day support and global systems projects that support Order management, Logistics, procurement and Supply chain planning functions for worldwide operations team
  • Act as the application and process SME for the global operation functions
  • Develop Solution Design, and Functional Requirements documentation, Lead Conference Room Pilot Sessions, and Integrated Testing cycles for projects and enhancements
  • Develop and maintain Super User and End User training, for a global user base within North America, EMEA and APAC regions
  • Work with cross-functional teams, and other IT and business stake holders, to ensure successful planning and execution of systems projects.
  • Identify and implement ongoing opportunities for system and process improvements
  • Manage configuration of following Oracle R12 modules and integrations: Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, ASCP, Inventory, BOM, WIP, Self-Service Modules in a multi-currency and multi-org environment.
  • Provide recommendations for newer technologies and solutions to optimize current processes and/or architectures.

Desired Skills and Experience
Key requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis and system implementation, focused on operations areas and specifically on Order Fulfillment, WIP, Inventory Management and Procurement. Experience in Financial modules is desired but not mandatory.

Technical Skills
  • Strong hands-on Experience with Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, Inventory, BOM, WIP modules.
  • Experience facilitating requirements gathering workshops, elicit user requirements and analyzing As-is and To-Be processes documenting/re-engineering processes.
  • Experience with working with both Sales and Operations Planning
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end Operations, Demand forecasting and Supply Planning processes
  • Prior experience with John Galt and/or Oracle-Demantra forecasting application will be a plus.
  • Experience with Agile PLM application will be a plus
  • Capability to troubleshoot issues using SQL or other debugging tools
  • Experience in working for a public company of with Retail and Distributor sales channels in the Semiconductor industry or related
  • Experience in business process consulting environment, implementing enterprise systems desirable.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business / Computer Science/ Information Systems
Certification in Oracle R12 will be a plus
