A
s a Principal UX Designer you'll join the front lines to help us accomplish this mission across several SaaS offerings by collaborating with product management and development to lead efforts from the ground up to establish the tools, process, and talent needed to develop and translate requirements into a highly usable interface as part of a rapid development process.

Responsibilities
  • Define and implement UX process and collaboration model between Product Management, Product Owner, and Engineering roles
  • Customer Research
  • Artifacts such as interaction flows and mock-ups to support fast-paced development and rapid iteration
  • Lead collaboration efforts between internal UX and contractor engagement resources
  • Define and Manage Personas and use cases in order to frame and validate your design work
  • Make recommendations based on usability findings, industry best practices, and understanding of the latest UI frameworks and tools
  • Create and conduct usability tests
Core Required Skills
  • Experience in designing web, mobile, touch & voice based applications for complex enterprise needs
  • Ability to guide complex features from initial concept to production and post-launch evaluation
  • Current knowledge of frameworks, technologies, tools, trends, and responsive design techniques (Bootstrap, Material Design, Angular, Express as examples)
  • Working knowledge of common design tools (Sketch, Pixate, Axure and Adobe Creative Suite, other design, prototype and wire frame tools)
  • Excellent visualization skills with the ability to clearly articulate concepts visually and verbally.

Experience/Education
  • 5-10 years of experience in user experience design
  • BA/BS degree
