My direct client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to join the B2B marketing team in Atlanta, GA. This position will support my clients business in driving end-user demand efforts by developing and delivering activities designed to drive new leads for our business that are sold through a variety of distribution channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop targeted programs/campaigns that maximize net new revenue acquisition in targeted audience segments.
  • Create the core demand strategy, tactical details, campaign content roadmap and digital asset plan for omnichannel programs.
  • Manages all aspects of the campaign and program design, production and distribution, ensuring tactics are on time, on a budget, and on a path to success.
  • Partner with marketing operations and analytics to evaluate campaign and asset performance, as well as the overall demand funnel while looking for opportunities to implement new ways to improve and optimize our success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams for hands-on activation activities such as brief development, measurement plans, content development, user acceptance testing, deployment and performance analytics.
  • Work with the content team to develop a consistent sales communications strategy and tactical plan while also delivering effective sales materials to support the demand generation efforts.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the SDR team to ensure campaign success alongside SDR manager to implement strategies that ensure cross-functional cohesiveness.
  • Build alignment with the product, sales, and training teams to ensure seamless execution of all customer-facing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with demand generation and revenue marketing trends, develop new ideas, test your ideas and drive innovation.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, or 7 years of equivalent marketing experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: demand/lead generation, customer marketing, campaign management, digital customer experience, digital product/program management.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing best practices and experience developing omnichannel B2B campaign content.
  • Experience developing end-user focused and revenue generating campaigns in a fast-paced corporate environment for a variety of audiences and mediums.
  • Experience analyzing effectiveness and ROI of campaigns.
  • Experience working with digital marketing and marketing automation technologies and their impact on engagement and conversion.
