Core Responsibilities of the HubSpot and Salesforce Administrator:
  • Manage HubSpot and its strategy in addition to supporting the management of other software tools used by the Marketing team
  • Assist in managing Salesforce
  • Assist the Marketing and Sales teams with lead management procedures that include monitoring, reporting and designing new processes
  • Design, standardize and evaluate workflows, lists, tasks, sequences, and data flows
  • Train sales and internal teams on the most effective ways to utilize HubSpot and Salesforce through best practices
  • Develop and maintain HubSpot and Salesforce training materials
  • Develop, enhance, and/or evaluate new features and new technologies
  • Estimate and develop schedules for team projects
  • Spearhead continuous improvement to create and improve automation initiatives
  • Design, manage and run nurturing campaigns
  • Independently manage time and tasks related to multiple projects
  • Collaborate and develop inbound lead generating strategies

  • Conceptualize automation ideas and bring them to reality
  • Understand how to test and optimize your approach on an ongoing basis

Education and Experience Requirements of the HubSpot and Salesforce Administrator:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing
  • 1-3 years of experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Experience with instructional design and development is preferred
  • Confidence and the ability to communicate effectively to small and large groups
  • Independent and self-driven
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization and people across multiple departments
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Prior marketing and sales operations with administration experience
  • Technology background preferred
