Position Details:
  • Help maintain whole opp inside office 250-300 people
  • 60% system administration/new design and deployment including network/enterprise IT systems on site or other sites remotely
  • 40% project implementation regarding security project or new technology/solutions.
  • Need to be service oriented and support service desk for escalated issues or user wall in support.
  • Research and implement with newer technologies implementation like AWS/Microsoft Azure and some newer cloud/software defined technologies (like software defined data center, software defined network)
  • Building out new office site/data center from scratch with systems (DHCP, DNS, monitoring, VMWare) and networks (core switch/firewall/wireless controller)
  • Must have solid networking experience (switches, firewalls, security
- Security--Proxy Server, wireless controller, monitor overall infrastructure-PRTG, Cisco Prime.etc)

Top Must Haves:
  • Network certification (CCNA/CCNP)
  • Solid 300+ user site for Enterprise Network experiences/Wireless Networking/Troubleshooting (firewall, call switches, wireless controller) at least 5+ years' of IT professional experience in system administration/engineering
  • Solid VMware VM experiences with IT services (AD/DNS/RADIUS/Proxy Server, Wireless controller, VMware 6.0 is what they use)
  • VMware experience (using vmware 6.0 for vcenter/Vsan)
  • Extensive Linux and Windows experience
  • Great communication skills
Nice to haves:
  • PBX experience (Avaya) (should be willing to learn)
  • Telephone Wireless (Avaya Red)
  • Plus to have tech support call center module experiences
  • Cloud experience AWS or Azure current infrastructure to new infrastructure
  • Machine learning/AI related experience
