Product Go-to-Market Manager, Cross Channel Campaign Planning
Who we are looking for: A seasoned, sharp, strategic marketing manager with solid, results-proven experience coordinating advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels
What capabilities are needed:
• Build the go-to-market roadmap to launch new products into the marketplace to ensure our products are strongly differentiated against competitor brands
• Analyze and forecast current market challenges, provide competitive analysis, and put forth marketing solutions
• Devise and direct up-to-the-minute delivery timelines and channel plans for multiple campaigns, working with each channel to review and soundly guide their independent planning and strategies, while defining a holistic integrated approach to ensure cohesive, consistent messaging.
• Clearly outline campaign goals, set measurable KPIs, and analyze effectiveness of campaign in market
• Continually call upon product knowledge to ascertain the cause-and-effect of interdependent products and how other campaign strategies may need to be adjusted in light of new tactics
Required capabilities:
• Strong communicator, highly organized, deadline driven, detail oriented
• Well versed in channels including: web, digital media, social, out of home, email, and print
• Strong understanding of web/digital environments and user experiences; digital-first approach
• Confidently drive messaging angles that influence channel content development and appeal to target consumer segments
• Set and manage project plans, from big picture to individual channel activation breakdown
• Possess the business depth to interface with senior leaders as well as the communication and influence skills to build strong relationships and drive results company-wide.
• Innovative, team-oriented, with the desire to participate in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Keeper and distributor of latest developments, status reports, etc related to new products, among all working teams
• Experience creating and compiling project estimates
• Adept at documenting and accurately conveying feedback between creative groups
• Experience organizing, storing and facilitating transfer of large files between teams
