In this dynamic, high-volume position you will coordinate creative projects from kickoff through completion. This role requires an extremely well organized, high-energy and dependable individual who can go the extra mile to ensure schedules are developed and maintained while processes are being followed. You must have great written and verbal communication skills and be an enthusiastic professional who demonstrates initiative and thrives under pressure. This position requires experience with creative workflow processes, routing creative materials for feedback, driving projects to completion and a keen eye for details and proofing.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Provide general support to the Creative Services department

·         Work closely with Merchandise department to develop and maintain a monthly marketing calendar, tracking marketing updates to various areas of multiple websites

·         Keep the team's job tracking software updated, including prioritizing and assigning new jobs

·         Create and maintain detailed project schedules

·         Familiarity with the creative timelines for design and coding projects

·         Coordinate hero rotation process and monthly marketing calendar assets, as requested by Merchandising, Trend, and Brand

·         Ensure Creative queue is managed through JIRA submissions by creating and assigning all Basecamp project entries and updates

·         Attend Kick offs and evaluate all brief submissions for completeness

·         Serve as main point of contact for Email Marketing, to ensure weekly emails launch on time

·         Produce,communicate, and serve as point of contact for requests

·         Communicate weekly launches and project status reports with management team

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Minimum 4 years of professional experience

·         Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

·         Ability to coordinate project expectations with regular frequency, client relations, vendor negotiations, internal feedback

·         Experience with Basecamp preferable or similar job tracking software solutions

·         Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative

·         Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, while maintaining the flexibility to change task and project directional priorities

·         Strong problem solving/analytic capabilities

·         Strong proofreading skills and superior attention to detail

·         Proficient in project management software and MS Office a plus

·         BS/BA degree
