 PURPOSE

This position supports software installations, provides elevated support to our
internal and external customer base and helps maintain our software products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, configure and manage software applications on servers, used in
supporting bank associates in the performance of their daily responsibilities
• Install, configure and manage software applications on servers, used by our
customers and clients for their banking services
• Monitor performance of application systems, software and hardware required
for the day to day operations of the bank
• Monitor applications systems to ensure their availability to bank associates
and customers
• Work within the architectural guidelines and governance policies of the bank
to ensure compatibility and consistency with other systems and procedures
• Work with the Information Services Project Office and business lines to apply
software upgrades as required
• Analyze and resolve problems with the production and test systems
• Assist in the resolution of system outages
• Lead in post resolution analysis to redefine guidelines and policies, where
appropriate
• Work with Business Line Relationship analysts to identify, interpret, and
evaluate system and network requirements for new applications
• Plan, coordinate, and implement network and system security measures as
needed
• Create and maintain complete and accurate operational and business
resumption procedures
• Responsible for maintaining network, system and application efficiency
• Ensure the design of the computer systems allows all the components,
including computers, the network, and software to work properly together
• Monitor and adjust resources as necessary, to maintain acceptable level of
performance of existing networks, systems and applications
• Continually survey the system and application performance trends, to
determine future needs
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users and by automated monitoring
systems and make recommendations for future system upgrades

• Each TS Application Computer Systems Administrator will be assigned various
roles within TS Application Management team to manage a combination of
applications
• Individually and if applicable, as a manager, participate in identifying,
measuring, monitoring, controlling and mitigating departmental and
enterprise-wide risks
• Maintain awareness of and adhere to Bank's compliance requirements and
risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply
them to daily tasks
• Other duties as assigned

EQUIPMENT AND PROGRAMS USED

• Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint,
Global Scape Enhanced File Transfer (EFT), Front Range HEAT, Desktop
Workstation running Windows Operating System, Client/ITI (Navigator,
Director, Teller), VMware, and other general office equipment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in Information Technology related work preferred
• Additional related training or college coursework is a plus
• 1-2 years working with Microsoft Windows Server OS preferred
• Microsoft Certification preferred
