We're looking for a marketing leader to design and implement a scalable lead generation strategy to support our accelerated growth. This role will lead the development, execution and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns that generate new sales opportunities across our product portfolio. We're looking for a marketer who is both creative and analytical, is all about execution, and can work collaboratively in a highly dynamic environment. This is a strategic role within our organization and reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer acquisition efforts to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute demand generation programs across the sales cycle to generate new inquiries, qualify existing prospects, drive demos & sales meetings, accelerate lead velocity, and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Drive the strategy and execution of lead nurturing programs to engage prospects higher in the funnel and generate additional demand.
  • Create and run innovative campaigns across our target industries, market segments, and personas/roles.
  • Plan, budget for, deploy and manage multiple in-bound and outbound marketing tactics including paid search, display ads, retargeting, ABM, web content, landing pages, emails, webinars, eBooks, videos, infographics, etc.
  • Experiment with new channels, techniques, and messaging to scale advertising spend as cost effectively and efficiently as possible while maintaining lead volume.
  • Run conference and event management strategy to drive leads.
  • Implement lead scoring models.
  • Implement account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external vendors to build and execute campaigns.
  • Own the relationship with sales and forge strong communication between marketing and sales.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing automation to execute in-bound marketing programs, measure and report on campaign and business objectives (including leads generated, CPL, MQLs, SALs, Demos, ROI, contribution to revenue).
  • Manage creative and digital project timelines, budgets and program details.
Desired qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in a marketing management role in SaaS.
  • Proven success at creating and executing B2B campaigns. Real estate industry marketing experience a plus.
  • A strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail. You will need to understand the business, the market, our portfolio and the product/market fit, and then translate that into an acquisition strategy and guide the team through execution.
  • An expert understanding of acquisition channels, including display, search, social, content, events, etc.
  • Hands on experience with marketing automation, CRM and other critical demand generation technologies (Salesforce a must, Pardot/Hubspot experience a plus).
  • A true understanding of analytics and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights to increase new customer acquisition.
  • Understanding of and familiarity with reporting on key SaaS metrics (MMR, ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn rate, etc.)
  • Proficiency and enthusiasm for analyzing campaign results, building reports, and manipulating data.
  • Strong project management skills, accustomed to managing a budget and working within strict timelines.
  • Independent leader with entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated capability to work in fast-paced, dynamic marketing and sales environment.
