My direct client has an immediate need for an IT Support Specialist.

MUST BE ABLE TO IN PERSON INTERVIEW ON 05/08/2018

To plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis; Assist in monitoring network and ensure network availability to all system users; Determine solutions to business software/hardware systems problems; Analyze business processes and write system process specifications to be used; Assist in transforming business needs into IT systems; Assist in report generation. EDI and Order Entry automation.

  • Maintain a 4 to 5-star rating for the IT Department
  • Maintain Spiceworks; Completing assigned tickets; keeping assigned tickets under 10
  • Ensure IT business processes are followed

Analyzing Data or Information - Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
Systems Evaluation - Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to organizational goals
