Manager, Paid Media Strategy

The Job
Reporting directly to the eCommerce Director, the purpose of this position is to lead
the online performance marketing strategy and manage all performance based traffic generation efforts in order to reach business and brand Consideration/Awareness objectives for all the brands.

The Work
Pilot & lead the online performance investment strategy
• Define the online performance strategy for each brand
• Lead & Coordinate performance media agencies to
- Define an optimized SEM and display strategy
- Define longer term SEO priorities
• Monitor and pilot performance investment based on marketing calendar
• Monitor and pilot SEM and performance based display campaigns (retargeting, RTB...)
• Work closely with web and social content managers to implement SEO
recommendations. Lead partnerships with online performance based actors.
• Manage relationship with potential performance based partner (MetaSearch, Affiliation)
to generate traffic and sales
• Develop affiliates portfolio
• Manage relationship with affiliation agency to increase results
Manage and present performance reports
• Feed Analytics platform with Search related KPI's
• Go from keyword to global campaign level in the analysis
• Define and monitor strategic keywords portfolio
• Analyse campaign results to identify actionable opportunities and improve performance
• Be the referent/expert for everything online performance (search, programmatic, etc.)
related in the company
• Follow markets best practices, internally and externally
• Be on top of new market trends
• Follow technology and tools evolution
• Vulgarize and present to management to identify future key priorities

Deliverables
• Responsible for day to day agencies interactions
• Responsible for day to day management and optimization of search and display
campaigns
• Main contributor to the BU vision on search, display
• Responsible for all search related KPI's
• Responsible for SEO priorities definition
• Responsible for search marketing, programmatic and display campaigns performance
• Responsible for affiliation and performance based actors results
• Main contributor to the online performance marketing strategy

The Experience
• At least 5 years' experience in online performance Marketing
• Bachelor's degree
• Agency and account management background is preferred
• Demonstrated successful track record in creating and executing effective search
marketing programs
• Working knowledge of Search Engine tools (Google Adwords, Bing Ad Center)
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of reporting tools and metrics
• Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture)
