My client in Philadelphia, PA is looking to bring on a HCM Project Manager who has implemented ADP Workforce Now to lead the project.

Looking for an HCM PM to come in and perform a payroll implementation of ADP's Workforce Now.  


Responsibilities for Implementation:
  • Provides hands-on expertise to HRIS and Payroll process design, application build, testing, training, go-live support and project management.
  • Work closely with implementation partner team to insure understanding of how HRIS and Payroll solution is being set up, and that the design meets current and anticipated future needs of Organization.
  • Partner with end users, as necessary, to identify and document specific business requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain project plan documents for various work streams during implementation
  • Lead and/or participate in preparation of communications and change management materials
  • Strong understanding of the HRIS and Payroll systems administration function, including maintenance and setup of security, management of Interfaces and Employee Data Management
  • Participate in UAT and End User Testing as required
  • May assist with troubleshooting activities for reported issues related to ongoing utilization and maintenance of the HRIS & Payroll systems, modules and integration components.
  • Create detailed requirements & design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation as necessary.
  • Maintains Data Quality thresholds and validate inclusion in Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
 
Requirements
  • 8 years of progressive experience with either HR or Payroll systems, or a combination of both with demonstrated strong project management skills. Experience with ADP and global Workforce Now Implementation strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and define how the HRIS and HR processes meet business needs and the ability to spot data discrepancies
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Must be customer service focused, collaborative, flexible and team oriented with a focus on resolving end user issues quickly and accurately
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – advanced use of formulas and functions in Excel
  • Strong experience with implementing and leading data management initiatives
  • Bachelor's Degree required; SPHR or PMI certification a plus
  • Experience with HR technologies required;
  • Strong relationship building abilities and partnership skills, including the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and achieve results with a global team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to quickly synthesize data and develop recommendations for senior leaders
  • Strong workforce analytics experience
  • Strong problem-solving ability; both at the business and technical levels
  • Comfort with ambiguity; able to take the conceptual to the pragmatic
  • Sound judgment, planning, project management and organization skills
  • Experience with executive compensation pay practices and expat payroll including hypothetical tax calculations and set-up
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and/or SAP HRIS / HCM experience
  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, ADP Streamline Global Payroll System, Kronos Background
