The Digital Lead Gen Manager will be responsible for supporting the lead gen team by setting up and supporting working order of all social and lead gen systems (Affiliate, Partnerships, ILS's, zillow, apartmentlist, trulia etc). They will be required to answer and troubleshoot any issues that arise, while staying abreast of all updates and changes within the platforms that they support, documenting and reporting back to key stakeholders and leadership. The Digital Lead Gen Manager is also tasked with the management of the property source list to enable the accurate attribution of leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working Understanding of all Required Social and Lead Gen Platforms
  • ILS (zillow, apartment list, trulia etc.) Budget, Admin and Setup Maintenance
  • Manage ILS follow-up Questions
  • ILS Audit and Package Strategy
  • Support in Social, PPC Reporting Across Divisions
  • Support Training Documents Across Social and Lead Gen Channels
  • QA Creative Assets and Ad Copy
  • Create Affiliate Partners and Outreach Program
Must Have:
  • 3-4 years overall digital marketing experience
  • 3-4 years experience in paid search and/or overall lead generation
  • Experience/working kowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experiencing manage multiple projects at once
  • Self Starter – always hungry to achieve and learn
  • Easily adaptable – not averse to change in a startup environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritize, work independently, manage time effectively and follow through on tasks/responsibilities
  • 3 years of similar B2C marketing experience
  • Proven success at driving growth through lead generation
  • Mix of creative and analytical thinking skills
