My top-tier client is looking tobring on a strong Help Desk Analyst for their office in downtown Sacramento, CA. This is a contract-to-hire position, looking to have someone start ASAP.

Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of Help Desk experience and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Title: Help Desk Analyst
Duration: 6 month Contract to Hire
Location: Downtown Sacramento, CA
Rate: Dependent on Experience

Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years experience
  • Windows and Mac (Emphasis on Windows)
  • Any ticketing system experience
  • High School diplomas or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience
  • 4 years of related experience supporting IT operations
  • Experience with the Office 365 products and support
  • Professional experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows O/S and Microsoft Office Suite including Skype for Business
  • Experience supporting Dell / Client hardware
  • Experience with Active Directory / Exchange management
  • Microsoft Certified Professional
