You will be responsible for coordinating and performing software and OS upgrades for various groups in a fast pace financial company. The role will require the individual to interface directly with trading business units to coordinate and ensure white glove execution of upgrades and testing with end user.  
  1. Principal Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and perform Office 2016 upgrades
  • Coordinate end-user testing after software and workstation upgrades
  • Troubleshooting system problems
  • Document resolutions and procedures for future reference
  • Other duties as assigned
  1. Qualifications/Skills Required
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as strong customer service experience.
  • Experience or training in field or related field
  • In-depth experience supporting/troubleshooting Office 2016 and Windows 10
  • Experience troubleshooting market data excel add-ins:  and proven expertise in troubleshooting API broken links, effectively working with vendor technical support.
  • Ability to identify and escalate priority issues
  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
  • Good team player – one who is able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
