Title: Digital Channel Manager
Location: Dayton, OH- Winston-Salem, NC- or Harrisburg, PA
Type: Full-time direct hire
Our new eCommerce platform will help create opportunities to reach new customers and expand market share. This role supports the Industrial & Commercial Transportation (ICT) Business Unit and will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to ensure all key performance indicators are achieved through the execution of a cohesive business strategy covering all aspects of the eCommerce platform including marketing, sales, supply chain, product management, and pricing. This role will be responsible for shaping this online transformation, responsible for its growth and success, and expansion to other products and businesses.
Help us shape this online transformation as a Manager for eCommerce!
Lead overall eCommerce strategy for ICT Business Unit including opportunities for growth, goals for retention, repeat purchases and new customer acquisition.
Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales and marketing plans/programs that drive significant profitable growth.
Implement comprehensive short and long range revenue and profit growth objectives, both organic and in-organic in nature.
Develop winning strategies to position company as a leader in eCommerce by increasing market share.
Own the eCommerce product vision in collaboration with product team.
Ensure proper inventory level by working with operations, demand, and supply chain
Own online sales and customer account growth.
Align with stakeholders for the launch of various products and enhancement features.
Leverage data and feedback loops (including A/B Testing, customer feedback, usability testing, and Net Promoter Score) to ensure the right enhancements are prioritized.
Research and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain global relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.
Ability to quickly grasp business drivers and opportunities.
Strong commercial sense in assessing business opportunities and risks.
Ability to persuade others with compelling value propositions and business cases.
Judgment and decision-making under uncertainty and ambiguity.
Have a strategic mindset with proven analytical abilities.

Bachelor's Degree with a focus on marketing, sales, product management or business. Advanced degree/MBA preferred.
10+ years in a digital strategy role including 3+ years on eCommerce.
Experience of managing rapid growth in fast-paced industries is critical.
