Accounts Receivable Specialist
Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Location: Mondo Boston office.
Experience: 0-2 Years. Entry-Level role.
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

A leader in the IT Staffing Industry, Mondo has a very exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist from a staffing and/or professional services background. This role will report directly to the Controller, and will have an opportunity to professionally grow within the Finance team. Mondo's Boston office is situated within a newly renovated loft space at 239 Causeway Street, desirably located within a block of North Station and the North End.

Job Description: The Accounts Receivable Specialist position is responsible for receiving customer payments, collecting and entering receivables into Financial Force, tracking all invoices issued to customers to ensuring timely payments, reconciling company vs. customer data, assisting sales with various paperwork, resolving disputed invoices, working directly with billing and sales to streamline invoicing/collections process and updating Customer files and records. There will also be additional Customer related analysis and projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive Customer payments
  • Track invoices to ensure timely payment
  • Resolve billing/payment issues as needed
  • Work with billing and sales to establish proper billing/collections process
  • Reconcile Customer accounts
  • Follow up with Customers regarding past due Accounts Receivable
  • Other projects as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Must be detail oriented and organized in work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Previous experience with accounting systems a plus.
  • Experience with SalesForce or FinancialForce a plus
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines
  • Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Sheets) a plus
  • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
