About this role 
The analytics manager leads the data & analytics work for the assigned client, and will be responsible for generating insights and optimization recommendations across key marketing channels and platforms, including digital (site & app), media, direct and CRM platforms. Additionally, this person will manage the MMM and Attribution models for the assigned client, which are developed in-house through our data science team.  

The candidate will be the primary client-facing analytics contact for the assigned account and will be collaborating with our internal Account, PM, UX, Strategy and Creative teams to ensure we are delivering the highest-quality product(s) to the client. 

The position: 
  • Works with numbers, trends and data.
  • Performs analyses, translating data into reports and dashboards consistent with marketing plans and business needs.
  •  Assists in the development of new marketing programs and enhances current campaigns to meet performance objectives.
  • Gathers and updates necessary marketing program information and communicates to appropriate parties.
  • Analyzes and mines large data sets, both client-specific and syndicated research.
  • Collaborates with Creative, Planning, Account Management and other departments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics), Business, Marketing or a related field. 
  • Adobe Analytics background
  • Prior experience at a full service digital agency 
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, digital or media analytics.
  • Working knowledge of MMM and Attribution models required.
  • Experience with R and/or research resources (Forrester, Simmons)
  • Excellent quantitative skills and ability to interpret data from multiple sources; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint. 
  • Experience with social media analysis methods and tools.
  • Possesses clear and persuasive communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Able to manage multiple assignments and deliver projects on schedule. 
  • Is a team player but is also able to work independently.
