This position will be responsible for the development and execution of Key Account Business Plan to maximize sales potential in North America, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

  • Design and execute Key Account Business Plan, targeting ENR Top 250 Design firms and ENR Top 200 Contractors, to exceed sales targets and grow Key Accounts customer base in North America. 
  • Reporting realistic monthly sales forecasts and budgets to the management team.
  • Responsible for the effective on-boarding of new customers, acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with other divisions for Key Account management in order to maximize sales revenue potential. 
  • Engage management / executive team as required to help close new business and ensure customer retention. 
  • Identify and share industry insights, market trends and shifts, as well as new products and competition status.
  • Representation (presenting or sitting on panels) at industry events, association meetings, exhibitions, whether sponsored by Company, customers or partners.
  • In collaboration with Marketing Team(s), develop marketing strategy combined with 'Challenger' messages to ensure strong brand recognition in the AEC industry.

  • Bachelor degree (Masters preferred) in Engineering disciplines or Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven record as Key Account Manager, Sales Manager or Senior Account Manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets. 
  • Proven record as Senior Structural Engineer or Engineering Manager, with extensive customer facing experience.
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills.
  • Committed to professional education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels, both internally and externally. 
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Experience of managing major national accounts or projects.
