My direct client in Boston, MA is hiring a Digital Marketing Lead Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop and oversee the company's online marketing capability to achieve business goals
  • Set the strategic goals for digital marketing to give customers a best in class digital experience and drive digital marketing innovation in our sector
  • Communicate clearly the ROI on digital marketing spend with accurate reports and analysis to show customer acquisition at the lowest possible cost and highest profitability
  • Responsible for business growth across customer engagement, online traffic and lead acquisition, conversion and retention to maximize lifetime value
  • Maximize lead conversion through optimized customer journeys and effective internal processes
  • Manage day-to-day business for company's digital channels especially PPC and SEO
  • Support website optimized and overall marketing effectiveness by sharing data and analysis regularly with the rest of the marketing and digital team
  • Track marketing activity against KPIs, revenue and profit and account for the P&L
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development, including areas where ROI can increase
  • Collaboratively work with the team on embedding strategic needs into overall marketing activity, which includes offline as well as online tactics
Requirements:
  • Track record of delivering successful data-driven digital acquisition strategies for consumer companies across organic, paid and earned media
  • Successful digital marketing professional with a commercial outlook, deep analytical abilities and collaborative style
  • Problem solving ability, structured thinker and able to understand and explain complex issues
  • Experienced in managing digital channels especially PPC and SEO and comfortable managing
  • day-to-day delivery
  • Expert in digital analytics and analytical software and tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Familiar with CRM (ideally Zoho) integration and reporting
  • Experienced in benchmarking and measuring performance and setting KPIs
  • Able to drill down into the detail without losing sight of the overall business goals
  • Proactive self-starter who is comfortable taking the initiative and shaping their role in a fast-paced, lean company that is rapidly growing
  • Experience in travel and tourism industry highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to bridge the gap between different teams in the office and those working remotely using a range of communications tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to support business goals
  • Naturally interested in continual learning to keep up-to-date with new industry tactics, techniques and tools
