What Will You Own?
  • Partner closely with the Global Head of Business Planning & Analysis and the EVP Sales and Customer Success to define and drive strategies that expand global leadership
  • Manage and execute scalable and efficient processes/workflows to improve Sales and Customer Success outcomes and grow our business
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance leadership to define and support key sales forecasting and reporting processes; provide analyses and action plans to global sales leaders
  • Oversee the maintenance, optimization and training of the end-to-end processes and supporting systems for Sales and Customer Success
  • Setup, maintain, and modify sales territories and assist with the comprehensive analysis of territory alignment and optimization decisions
  • Recruit, train and manage the sales operations team
  • Set operating cadence and reporting with Sales leadership to ensure execution against plan
  • Identify any material deviations from plan and work with Sales leadership to develop corrective action plans
  • Team with Human Resources and Finance on innovative incentive plans that rewards individual sales performance and supports the achievement of our strategic goals
  • Own data quality and ensure that front-end processes in our systems lead to successful downstream reporting, commission inputs, and intelligence
  • Act as a liaison/partner between the Field Team and other internal functions, including Business Systems and Finance to improve and enforce process and policies related to data integrity across regions and channels
What Do You Need for Success?
  • BS / MS Degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of overall experience in sales operations and/or business systems preferably in a software/technology company with increasing level of responsibility
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com is a must
  • Experience working with the technology and tools leveraged by the Field organization to manage the business such as FinancialForce, Steelbrick, Zuora, Marketo, Funnel Source, Gainsight, is a plus
  • Excellent MS Excel, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and develop a strong presence with senior management
  • A leader and manager of people with a proven track record demonstrating expertise in developing organizational capabilities, scalable teams and streamlined processes
  • Strong understanding of business processes in a fast paced technology company
  • Agile, self-starter willing to roll up their sleeves, working independently and collaboratively
