The primary focus of this role is to support my clients digital team with marketing analytics and optimization efforts. Specifically, position responsibilities include measuring results and compiling and presenting results to key stakeholders. This position has an emphasis on deep dive analyses, segmentation and slicing and dicing of results to distill actionable insights.
This role will design and build relevant reports, dashboards and templates to support the entire organization. The ideal candidate would bring a passion for learning, testing and data-informed decision making that shapes a holistic view of our business with consideration for all aspects of the patient experience.

Essential Functions:
  • Facilitate an understanding of conversion and engagement metrics while providing regular performance analysis based on digital consumer behavior
  • Responsible for providing strong advice and counsel to the business on data analytic solutions and implementation regarding data integrations and visualization.
  • Provides business and customer insights based on data analysis and report/trend monitoring
  • Communicate insights and suggest improvements based on data and observed trends
  • Research BI and visualization tools that best fits the organization to help create, maintain, and deliver dashboards and other KPIs for key stakeholders
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to provide proactive insights to marketers based on monitoring of data
  • Derive core insights from data to suggest, create and execute multivariate or a/b/c tests that drive fundamental improvements to the website experience
  • Develop advanced tagging strategies for measuring attribution and capturing multi-channel campaign performance across: social, mobile, digital and offline channels

  • Passion for analytics and help lead a culture shift of reporting to analysis. Desire to help drive immediate improvement in business results based on the data analysis
  • Provide ad hoc and "deep” analysis, synthesize recommendations, and present findings to internal Digital team and my clients Marketing stakeholders
  • Help stakeholders improve their operations and answer business questions leveraging different marketing tools (i.e AdWords) and internal data systems (i.e. Tableau, etc)
  • Natural ability to effectively communicate results/implications both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences regarding what the data tells them and what to do next
  • Demonstrated analytical ability with digital measurement, particularly complex and abstract business problems. Strong quantitative analysis skills with an aptitude for mining large data sets.
  • Detail oriented, able to multi-task, troubleshoot, and problem solve
  • Perform analyses on A/B and multivariate tests, compile results and present them to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Perform data quality audits; identify data collection issues & gaps; recommend fixes
  • Highly motivated/self-starter with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn, high degree of curiosity and desire to succeed
  • Establish proactive approach by monitoring trends and behavior while providing recommendations and insights based on data analysis
  • Must perform well in high pressure situations, balance competing priorities, and demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision
  • Experience in Healthcare Marketing preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing or related field
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Access, and/or SQL skills, including extracting data and manipulating data as needed (i.e. PivotTables) to run complex and insightful analysis.
  • 5+ yrs displaying analytical ability to review large sets of data for anomalies
  • 3+ years of experience in web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Coremetrics/IBM, etc) with an understanding of how to leverage data to make informed business decisions
  • 1-2 yrs of building dashboards using Google DataStudio or similar dashboarding tools
  • 1-2 yrs with testing/optimization platforms (Google Optimize, Optimizely, Monetate, etc)
  • 1-2 yrs with tag management solutions, such as Adobe Dynamic Tag Management or Google Tag Manager
  • Tableau or equivalent BI tool experience a plus
  • Data integration tool experience a plus (i.e. Supermetrics)
  • Knowledge of financial analysis a plus (i.e. retention, ROI, yield curve, cost per ratios)
