We are seeking an experienced, high caliber Project Engineer to perform analysis on electronic and electro-mechanical medical devices, systems, and accessories that need changes to be made. 
 
Job Description:
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. 
  • Responsible for planning and conducting small to medium-sized assigned projects requiring conventional types of plans, investigations and /or equipment. 
  • Independently execute assigned tasks by applying standard engineering theories, concepts, and techniques. 
  • Create / modify designs for intermediate problems; design / modify complex components and/or processes; write detailed design specifications. 
  • Responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business standards. 
  • Participate on cross-functional teams to support organizational goals. 
  • Understand and comply with applicable EHS policies, procedures, rules and regulations. 
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System. 
  • Position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineer or another science related major. Prefer candidates with at least one year of FDA regulated work experience and familiarity working in a Design Control Compliant Environment. 
  • The position is initially set for 6 months, but could be extended for over a year based on budget, business need and the performance of the selected candidate.
