SNR Marketing Position - Integrated Marketing & Customer Acquisition

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of customer segmentation, product positioning and messaging, content creation, go-to-market planning and a proven track record of delivering successful outbound marketing campaigns that meet business objectives. We are looking for a team member who can help lead cross-functional teams worldwide to grow our client's brand, has the ability to act quickly, and wants to join an energetic and dynamic team.

· Create, optimize, measure, and benchmark innovative integrated marketing strategies across our client's portfolio that align with company business objectives and overall marketing strategy that drive awareness, engagement, and sales; you will have end-to-end accountability for design and execution of all integrated programs ensuring KPIs are exceeded
· Collaborate with external agencies and cross-functional teams globally including product marketing, channel marketing, sales, PR, and install-base marketing to ensure alignment, integration, and on-time execution across all media channels
· Own brand development and oversee messaging, asset and content creation for outbound marketing to drive consistency and accuracy across all consumer touchpoints
· Maintain and develop strategic technology partnerships to develop co-marketing programs and promotions that help expand the reach of our client's marketing channels and enhance customer experience from pre-sales to post-purchase
· Timely executive level reporting on campaign key performance metrics, using internal and external measurement tools and resources to analyze, track and optimize campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve experience and performance
· Create and drive repeatable customer acquisition programs to move prospects through the marketing and sales pipeline; determine the optimal budget, media and event mix by target audience and buyer personas
· Grasp business and competitive landscape to drive development of marketing KPIs and give guidance by channel
· Work with channel marketing owners and regional marketing teams to best leverage campaigns and ensure consistent end to end customer experience

Desired Skills and Experience:
· 8+ years of experience developing and managing integrated marketing plans, in the consumer electronics or networking technology industries
· Demonstrated proficiency with multiple tactics and channels of inbound and outbound demand generation, including but not limited to, PPC, SEO, SEM, social (paid and organic), programmatic display and video
· Ability to understand and translate product plans, technology roadmaps, business requirements, and value propositions into effective outbound marketing plans for both internal and external teams
· Data-driven approach to building, testing and optimizing outbound marketing plans
· Demonstrated success working with sales, channel marketing teams and partners to support new product introductions
· Brand management and developing high quality effective marketing materials and campaigns that align correctly with the overall brand strategy
· Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
· Excellent attention to detail with strong strategic, analytic and creative judgment skills
· Strong team leader with ability to build effective, efficient and collaborative teams
· Understanding of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and online advertising platforms/ad servers
