Sun-Thur or Wed-Sat. (Must be able to work multiple shifts-customers aren't all in the US and work the same holidays )
Rate: 18/hr

My direct client is looking to hire a Help Desk Specialist onto their team on a contract to direct hire basis to provide users with Level 2 – 3 support of IT applications, products or servers.


Requirements:
  • IT-based troubleshooting in this department
  • Password reset knowledge
  • Troubleshooting for IT - Not a server admin
  • Variety of customers and products, printers, and scanners
  • Will be cross trained
  • Bilingual - Latin America. French, Spanish, Portuguese
