Job Description:
Mondo is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. The Sales Operations Team is responsible for building sales processes, metrics, and reporting to help Mondo's sales team run efficiently and drive revenue. The Sales Operations Analyst is ultimately responsible for helping the Director of Sales Ops with sales forecasting, data quality and management, monthly and quarterly business reviews, Salesforce CRM upkeep and cleanliness, and any other activity that helps the sales team drive additional revenue. This role will focus primarily on sales analytics & metrics tracking.

The candidate will:
  • Act as the "Right-Hand person” for the Director of Sales Operations; responsible for all operational aspects of the sales operations team
  • Maintain Salesforce.com data to make sure it stays up to date and accurate, and – when necessary – roll up your sleeves and enter complex data yourself
  • Assist and provide regular day to day Salesforce support to all employees
  • Analyze Salesforce data to include customers, opportunities and other key information
  • Help prepare monthly business review presentations
  • Collaborate with team to improve sales efficiencies
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance with sales tools
  • Help identify efficiencies within the CRM & sales process
