My client is looking to bring on a Business Technology Manager! This position will be leading Salesforce integrations with other systems, including Navision (NAV), Concur, Sharepoint, etc. You will be taking ownership of the ERP and CRM Systems. Please see a full list of job duties below.

Lead Business Systems Modernization and Integration Efforts
  • Support and manage the continual improvement and utilization of our SalesForce CRM system
  • Support the migration/implementation of new quoting systems using SalesForce CPQ
  • Develop an enterprise content management strategy to enable efficient organization and management of documents, records, web content, and other digital media information shared internally for workforce productivity improvement and knowledge management purposes
  • Work with the internal areas of the business (including client support, production and finance) to review the capabilities of enterprise applications against business requirements and make recommendations for improvements to leverage the full potential of our systems in accordance with business needs.  Specifically, analyze business systems to determine effectiveness, identify inadequacies / inefficiencies / problems and recommend solutions,  develop system specifications,  recommend application software development and work closely with internal customers to test and implement changes to applications
  • Have a strong understanding of information systems, business processes, the key drivers and measures of success for the business and the short- and long-term direction of the business and technology. Ensure that the design and integration of existing and proposed applications leads to the development and growth of the business through effective use of technology
  • Assist the CTO in defining and implementing the company's IT business systems plan, including working with executive management to develop priorities and initiatives that are economically viable and support the strategy and goals of the organization
  • Manage the project delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases
​​Manage MSP and other Vendor Relationship
  • Develop Requests for Proposals (RFP) designed to negotiate vendor contracts for Information Technology services
  • Meet and negotiate with existing IT vendors regarding software and hardware procurement and maintenance, ensure compliance with existing contract specifications and consult with vendors regarding system functionality
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technological trends and utilize this knowledge to build better IT solutions that support and drive business decisions.

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in information technology leadership and management, including management of an ERP system
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience supporting Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Good knowledge of general Windows systems management and general networking concepts
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to drive multiple projects, including day to day tasks, concurrently is required
  • Experience managing and maintaining enterprise applications security and maintenance
  • Leadership in customer service and proven ability to understand and find effective, creative solutions to meet customer requirements and the ability to develop these skills in the team are required
  • Industry process certifications such as ITIL, ISO 20K, PMP, etc.
