POSITION SUMMARY:

The IT services Level I Technical Support Representative will join a dynamic IT organization focused on providing superior customer service to the team. Level I Technical Support Representative will be a detail oriented, customer-centric, professional.

This position is tasked with assisting The IT Services team in supporting our internal customers with day to day technical support of all equipment and systems supported.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· First point of contact for internal customers for problem recording and resolution
· Customer verification, problem validation and documentation
· Provide first level technical support to end users
o Windows Computers
o Basic troubleshooting routers/ circuits
o Printers
o ERP System
o Mobile devices
o MS Office 365 suite
o Other

· Ticket Management
· Communicate ticket status with users
· Manage escalations
· Adhere to SLAs and processes

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Associates Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
· Exceptional customer service skills, highly detail oriented, ability to take initiative and capable of working in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
· Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; self-motivated.
· Good technical troubleshooting abilities.
· Technical familiarity with current operating systems (Windows 10)
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
· Desire to learn and broaden your horizons in the IT field
