Job Description: 

Provide both operational and second/third level end-user support in an office that contains a data centre providing support to one or more other offices. Responsibilities include providing assistance to lawyers and staff in the use of the firm's technologies and software including, but not limited to, Windows, Microsoft Office, document management, remote communication applications, telephony, and other applications and firm technology as requested. Perform routine data centre operations, participate in installation and upgrade of data centre equipment and programs, and assist with maintenance of the physical layer within supported office(s).

  • Bachelor's or Associates degree or equivalent experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience providing level 2/3 end-user support in a medium to large sized networked environment.
  • Experience with network client configuration and connectivity
  • Experience supporting the following is highly desirable: EAS archiving, RSA, Citrix, Active Directory administration, mobile devices (iOS, Android, Blackberry).
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (certification desired but not required), Windows operating system, and document management systems (e.g., iManage). 
  • Legal/Law Firm or Professional Services industry experience is required!
