My direct client is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join their team!

Title: CRM Business Process Analyst
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: 3 month contract-to-hire
Salary: OPEN
Start: Beginning of April


Position Details:
  1. Project Management. Work closely with business teams (Sales Operations, Marketing Operations and Channel team) to manage project scope, prioritization, communications, testing and release.
  2. Business Process and System Analysis.
  3. CRM. Implement Account/Contact Mgt, Oppty/Pipeline/Forecast Mgt, Bid Mgt/Approval Process, Lead Mgt/Integration/Assignment Mgt, Activity Mgt, Order System Integration, Reports and dashboard, SFDC migration etc.
  4. PRM. Implement on vendor package - Partner Renewal Portal, Deal Registration, Partner Profile, Territory Assignment, Report, SSO/Integration.
  5. Business Intelligence. Implement on Industry/Forecast, Pipeline Dashboard, Executive Dashboard integrate with funnel and actual revenue.
  6. Email Marketing. Implement campaigns for product reminder notifications.
  7. Data Cleansing. Conduct match/cleanse/de-dupe approaches on account data.
  8. Crystal Reports. Implement sales order report, distributor order report, pipeline reports.
  9. Vendor Management. Manage vendors' work in North America for project development and sustain operations.
  10. Sustain Operations. Manage user issues, coordinate local and remote technical teams in Asia countries to support user requests and maintenance in the service level agreement

Top Must Have's:
  • At least 3 years of BPA on Project Management
  • At least 4 years exp with CRM - Salesforce
  • Advanced T-SQL knowledge
  • Bachelor degree in MIS, BA, or Computer Science
  • Critical and Logical thinking skills - ability to fully understand a question or problem and come up with the best solution.
  • Ability to communicate with Stakeholders
  • Understand PM tools, experience with Managing medium to large projects.
  • Experience with outlining process (project plan, testing plan, deliverable)
  • Salesforce knowledge – manage several clients and gather their requirements
  • Lead to Quote - Quote to order - order to cash Process knowledge
