We are currently seeking a Media Planning Analyst to join our Omnichannel Campaign Team. This position requires consulting, marketing, and analytical skills, as well as a proven track record working within a team environment and across multiple departments and disciplines. The Analyst will be responsible for proactively and collaboratively executing on deliverables to support senior media team members on defined campaign strategies for clients in driving marketing initiatives and results. Optimization and management of campaigns across all vendor partners, arranging RFPs with media vendors, and evaluating publisher capabilities and new opportunities will be the primary day-to-day responsibilities and will ensure long-term success of client campaigns. The Analyst will contribute to overarching campaign execution in alignment with other marketing channels within the Omnichannel Campaign Team.

Skills & Responsibilities:
  • Executing customized strategy and recognizing performance of display and paid social campaigns of B2B and B2C clients across multiple platforms
  • Building trafficking sheets to share with the team to generate through third-party ad server tools (i.e. Double Click Campaign Manager) and implementing ad tags and creative in DSPs and with vendors
  • Pixel and tag generation, implementation, and quality assurance
  • Working with senior media services team members to maintain awareness of new marketing platforms and techniques, as well as proactively looking for opportunities to innovate and develop new techniques
  • Campaign budget management, including assistance in allocation of monthly budgets, issuance/revisions of monthly insertion orders, oversight of client billing and financial reconciliation on a monthly and quarterly basis, and resolution of media invoice and ad service fee discrepancies with Client Account Services and Finance team members
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of work produced for clients
  • Effectively uses agency tools to aid in and plan for development
  • Facilitate brand competitive analysis rollup on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Develop agency points of view on media opportunities for submission to clients
Preferred Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, or similar field
  • 0-2 years of experience working on marketing initiatives in an agency setting
  • Demonstrate ambition by keeping abreast of industry trends through mediums such as trade news, industry workshops, seminars, and tracking current events
  • Well versed in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective use of time for both self and others; concentrates efforts on the important priorities and acts promptly
  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
  • Self-motivated, but also can work well and contribute in a diverse team environment
  • Ability to proactively organize daily tasks and prepare list of to-do's
  • Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Enthusiasm for the future of brand advertising on the web and passion for reaching new heights
  • Professional client communication (both written and verbal) and willingness to serve as a client facing campaign resource in support of senior media team members
