Location: Duluth - Onsite 1 remote day a week (Wednesday)

  • best if they have worked in pharmaceuticals
  • Sometimes manage design or analytics projects
  • Use a bunch of different languages depending on the client but a lot of Javascript, .net and SQL
  • Not required to be super technical
  • A huge part of the work is process because of the medical side of things. etc. compliance rules and legal reviews
  • Can be a bit tedious because of all the compliance rules so this person needs to be detailed and organized**
  • There is a team of developers (5) shared between projects
  • Currently managing 30 websites between all developers
  • Create wireframes/site maps as needed based on project requirements. rarely happens - flow diagrams he has only written 1 in 9 months
As Project Manager, you'll:
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Function independently and/or in tandem with account management function.
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Collaborate with account team in managing project expenses (i.e., management fees and out-of-pocket expenses).
  • Review deliverables prepared by team before sending to the account team.
  • Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards.
  • Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Facilitate team and client meetings effectively, holding regular status meetings with project team.
  • Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks.
  • Create wireframes/site maps as needed based on project requirements.
  • Awareness of new/emerging technologies and the potential application to further enhance company's core capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
  • Three to five years minimum project management experience in an agency or digital/IT setting. 
  • Project management certification a plus, but not required. 
  • Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Agile Development
  • Pharmaceutical experience a plus
