Responsibilities:
  • Leading projects from a standpoint of interacting with clients and also interfacing with more Jr. resources to direct and move projects along
  • Working with the UX Director Lead as partners to facilitate those client relationships
  • Primarily E-Commerce web design as well as the digital community, content projects 
  • The ability to go onsite to project discovery meetings and run design workshops
  • Being able to sell the design team capabilities
  • Target new client prospects, going out for initial introductions to businesses
  • Working with existing clients on roadmapping
  • Design/ interactive thinking to contribute to cutting-edge spec-concept work
  • Strong visual design POV, doing interesting experience design on a concept level
 
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • UX/UI experience
  • Sketch/Photoshop experience
  • E-Commerce design (Demandware, Magento, & Hybris)
  • Proficient in the latest creative software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat)
  • Digital designer with the ability to be customer/client facing
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to be able to communicate with Developers
  • Knowlege of wireframe/prototyping software (Axure, Omnigraffle, Sketch, Marvel)
  • Experience managing multiple client projects (5+ clients at a time) and be able to multitask
