  • Lead interactions and act as the main point of contact throughout the implementation
  • Manage the planning and scheduling of implementation project
  • Manage scope, the impact of scope changes on timeline and project cost, client organizational change, and project resources,
  • Maintain positive relations utilizing excellent communication and management skills
  • Create documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services
  • Provide stakeholders with updated implementation plans, to include project schedules, project plans, benchmark metrics, communications documents, follow-up memo's, etc.
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales Solution Architects, Sales Executives, Customer Success Managers, and implementation team members to ensure appropriate follow-up of identified customer needs and other follow-up activities.
  • Participate in internal projects as needed.
  • Assess objectives, maturity level, capabilities to assign the right team resources to deliver success within the project scope.
  • Identify, along with members of the consulting team, additional services which will add value to clients thus enhancing their experience with the Workfront work management software.
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment as a team member and an individual
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and detect potential issues and implement appropriate solutions to minimize impact on timeline, budget, or business operations
  • Proven ability to assess/evaluate requirements against scope of project, manage project plans, and adhere to schedule
  • Ability to maintain stakeholder satisfaction through timely follow-up and thorough communication
  • Ability to effectively manage client expectations
  • Ability to command a group of individuals in a room quickly and be assertive
  • Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all groups and levels of the organization (customer success, support, sales, marketing, product, operations, finance)
  • Must possess initiative to produce improvement initiatives both internally and with customers
