Type: 8+ month contract with potential for extension

Specifically we are needing some deep procurement and technical skills on the Ariba platform, while we would look for skills on the sourcing, contract and spend visibility, we are looking for some overall solution architecture support as we continue our journey on designing the source-to-settle elements. We are focused this year on the supplier onboarding platform (SLP), but as well looking harder at the rest of the ariba platform as well. It may be optimistic to find someone, but we are looking for a good technical resource who has skills with the configuration of the platform or done implementation work.

More importantly, we need a strong BSA that can work in the Procurement space. Namely on upstream solutions around sourcing, contract management, or has skills with SAP vendor master. We recently lost a resource that was more a BSA, strong with the business and process mapping, but as well with the requirements and knowing some of the Ariba supplier tools and strong understanding of SRM and Vendor master.

Qualifications

· Minimum Education – Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree a plus
· Ability to effectively facilitate and influence task completion with others
· Experience running multiple projects simultaneously with ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
· Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem solving abilities
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Strategic business understanding and vision, with ability to translate strategy into tactical execution


Skills/Experience Requirements

· 4 – 7 years of business systems consulting/analysis work experiences (i.e. Process Mapping, Requirements Gathering and documentation). Experienced in implementing and supporting global systems
· Experience in Procure To Pay (PTP) processes and other upstream procurement processes such as Sourcing, Contract Management and Spend Analytics
· Good understanding and experiences on SAP PTP and other supporting processes
· Deep procurement and technical skills on SAP ECC and SRM
· Ability to understand the impact of business processes on overall system performance and make improvement recommendations
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple modules being developed / enhanced at the same time
· Independent, self-starter who requires minimal guidance
· Experience tracking, managing and resolving issues in an expedient manner
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relations skills as this person will be working directly with individuals across technical support groups and business operations groups
