The Graphic Designer will work with the Creative Director to design engaging interfaces for our client's digital properties. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creative asset production and layout of interfaces for web, email, social, mobile applications, marketing collateral and internal communications needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and adaptation of campaigns for the channel (email, web, print, and marketing collateral)

Building co-branded assets – deciding on positioning for partner logo, contact details, value proposition/offering and editable asset areas (headlines, copy, imagery).

Coding customizable areas and uploading them to a content syndication platform.
Collaborate with UX, BA and Dev team as the creative work travels through the development process
Take direction from a Creative Director, Content leads.
QA designs to ensure creative and business goals are met and designs function on multiple browsers and email clients
Upload and maintain assets within a Digital Asset Management system.

Required Experience:
3+ years' experience in designing creative assets for digital experiences (preferably in a digital agency environment)
BA in graphic design, visual communications or a related field
Experience designing creative in the following: responsive web, mobile application, advertising, collateral and brand identity
Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience managing creative assets in Digital Asset Management tools
Experience with web and mobile development technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)

Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience working in an agile development environment adopting Lean UX/design principles
Experience using collaboration tools like JIRA, Workfront and or ProofHQ
Experience working in Marketing Automation Platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot,etc)
Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
A strong working knowledge of interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing, content strategy and the creative process
