$24.50-30/hr based on experience

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Mac & Windows 10 (50/50) - Hardware & Software
  • Office 365 experience
  • Skype for Business or any telephony experience
  • Troubleshooting (knowledge of routers and switches)
  • Setting up and doing light duty repairs (need hands on experience with replacing hard drives and upgrading RAM)
  • Tablets, Cell Phones for Sales staff, Desktops/Laptop
  • Active Directory - adding users, resetting passwords, etc. (ADUC aka AD Users & Computers)
  • SCCM - Microsoft Tool would be a plus
  • LANRev - Mac Tool used and is nice to have, Casper is another similar tool
  • Installing Printers (Client, Ricoh, Brother, etc) - Mostly Konica in Louisiana
  • Able to work remotely with support and enterprise level customers
  • Ticketing System (Service Desk Plus, hosted solution) and know how to escalate the tickets to appropriate channels
  • Use Remote Support Tool (Bomgar)
  • Supporting hundreds of users
Huge Plus:
  • Experience Upgrading Windows
Travel:
  • Required between 4 sites in Louisiana (sometimes Mobile, Alabama, would need to go there for major issues) - North Shore, New Orleans, & Baton Rouge - Mileage reimbursement
