My client is currently seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager, (Mon-Fri) The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating market-leading digital marketing programs, across email, social, website and 3rd party channels.

The ideal candidate is proficient in digital strategies and tactics, including email, nurturing, social media, website, targeting, landing/webpages and predictive analytics. This person will be an expert in digital marketing, bringing industry best practices to the role and a desire to continuously improve performance.

They will need to be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple campaigns at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities. Successful applicants will have a passion for data-driven marketing, experience using marketing automation tools, Salesforce CRM, and social media platforms and proven ability to create meaningful analyses to determine areas of improvement for further optimization of marketing campaigns and programs as well as for measuring success (ROI).

  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns that are designed to accelerate customer traffic and conversions.
  • Use data and testing to optimize and improve email content and targeting.
  • Design, develop, and implement landing pages for marketing campaigns.
  • Design, develop, and implement partner content across relevant website webpages.
  • Identify and recommend target audience segments based on the communication objectives.
  • Work with greater partner marketing team to provide digital marketing support for other programs, events and activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance across multiple dimensions in order to report on effectiveness and improve performance.
  • Maintain a marketing calendar.
  • Continuously test (e.g. A/B, Multivariate, etc.) to improve campaign performance.

    Basic Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, engineering and/or relevant field of study.
  • Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including marketing automation, email, web analytics, CRM, and social media platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to tie marketing programs to ROI metrics.
  • The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic team player who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented and performance-driven.

    Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Salesforce is beneficial, working HTML knowledge & Google Analytics.
