The Marketing & Communications Manager is a critical member of the Marketing & Communications team. They will be responsible for both Channel and Sales enablement marketing and ongoing patient/lead strategy and implementation.S/he will work closely with the full team to develop and implement fully integrated programs that drive enrollments.
S/he will lead the creation and implementation of all marketing and sales enablement programs for XXX channel and partner relationships and will serve as the  lead marketer to Iora's strategic partners and sales teams. This is foundational to the team's ability to grow revenue from channels and partners.
Additionally, the manager will work on key marketing & communications for patient and direct lead outreach.
The position will be based in Boston, MA and will report to the VP of Marketing & Communications. Some travel to our practices is required.

Specific Responsibilities & Expectations
This is an amazing opportunity for someone with significant Marketing and Channel experience who would like to play a key role in a high growth, innovative healthcare company. Specific responsibilities will include:
  • Own strategy and delivery of sales enablement tools for channel sales, patient recruitment sales teams and direct to consumer
  • Close relationship management of Sponsor marketing teams and Sponsor sales (partnering with Channel Sales manager)
  • Develop and deliver marketing messaging, campaigns and deliverables for Channel (agent, patients...and new channels TBD)
  • Key player in market research programs, in partnership with VP of Marketing & Communications
  • Partner closely with Growth (Sales & Marketing) Leadership drive effectiveness of Patient Recruitment/ Enrollment teams
  • Tightly manage creative/marketing agencies
  • Oversees creative development of marketing materials and signage
  • Develop and deliver marketing messaging, campaigns for Patient recruitment/enrollment teams
  • Develops content for a variety of media (social, web, brochures…)
  • A go-to, in-house expert on brand guidelines, voice and tone
  • Manages photo and video shoots end-to-end, working with key Marketing leaders
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is required, with 4-6 years' experience in Marketing and Channels in a service-based business.
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles and needs on both B2B and B2C sides
  • Experience in healthcare / insurance a big positive
  • Proven experience creating and implementing effective sales enablement and marketing programs that increase brand awareness, generate demand, and drive revenue.
  • Experience in channel marketing and enabling channel partnerships preferred.
  • Candidate must be customer-focused, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have credibility with customers.
  • Results oriented and data driven, possessing strong analytical skills and a performance mindset.
  • Must have strong communication skills and able to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills required.
