You're a roll-up-your-sleeves, jump-in and get-it-done type of person Responsibilities: Technical Recruiter Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and placing high level technical and digital talent, for contract and permanent opportunities with Mondo clients Develop recruiting strategies to identify candidates Work alongside Recruiting and Sales Management to understand client requirements Negotiate compensation and other terms of employment with candidates
