Position duties
  • Evaluate the latest platforms, products and technology to increase efficiency and performance
  • Implement and improve best practices in media buying, planning and optimizations across the social media and programmatic media teams
  • Mentor and develop each team member to create a personal career path and improve attrition and engagement
  • Negotiate vendor agreements and develop vendor relationships to ensure the company is positioned for success with the best technology for each team
  • Ensure our clients' content strategies are aligned with their media strategies
  • Work closely with the sales teams to formulate digital media strategies that are consistent with client goals and objectives – leading to increased wins and incremental revenue
  • Recommend, prioritize and implement the appropriate mix of programmatic tactics to achieve client KPIs
  • Partner with Marketing Intelligence team to test strategies for ongoing optimization and to identify key trends in our client data
  • Present to senior/C level clients and key internal stakeholders on trends, strategy and performance
  • Mentor and train other client facing departments on Digital best practices
  • Identify clients who are at risk and work quickly with sales/support teams to build a client strategy
Position requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years' experience in programmatic strategy and execution
  • Direct experience interacting with clients and creating proposals
  • Automotive experience highly preferred
  • Global experience preferred
  • Experience setting up campaigns in and managing ad servers and programmatic platforms
  • Proven ability to work independently, solve complex problems and communicate effectively
  • Experience managing a portfolio of programmatic campaigns and mastery of all programmatic skills
  • Passion for innovation and keeping up to date on the latest in platforms, tactics and data options
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proven ability to complete projects and achieve results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to translate complex data and analysis into insights that are easily understood
