Improving Analytics and Google Tag manager

Multi-family communities throughout the nation. Adwords accounts set up on each one, about 130. Previously used an agency to handle this work and moved it in-house.

Get conversion tracking set up for new communities on a new software platform - routed through analytics and through the Marin software

Currently use a specific platform (Real Page) devoted to the multi-family world. They build websites and they manage them. When you complete a Contact form in Real Page - it takes you to a Thank You page that is easy to track. Someone can lease from them online and and chat online with an agent too. Need to make all sure all conversions are working correctly.

They introduced a new platform called Entrata (property management software) and need help with that. Inside of Adwords, they track calls and conversions and want to get that data into Analytics in order to get it into Marin.

  • Marin experience - doesn't need to be expensive
  • Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Don't have a huge depth of knowledge setting this stuff up - need a SME not a "learn on the job person" 
  • moved to a different website platform, so they need to get the conversion tracking set up correctly for new communities
    implemented marin for software platform - conversion events + call tracking rerouted into the marin 
  • looking through tracking and make sure they arent over or under counting there conversion.
